I was supposed to get a free 7 day 24 hour fitness USA and it said I had redeemed the maximum quantity for this item but I have never gotten one. Could you help me?

Hi Sylvia, can you give us a call so we can assist you with this? Please call 866-674-2653 anytime 9am-7pm EST Monday through Friday to reach an agent directly. Select your language, press 1 to ‘find out how MCR works’, and 0 to reach an agent. They can best assist you individually.

I also put under questions. Website said I had received the maximum quantity for the 7 day 24hour fitness USA item but I have never gotten one period so how could I have used the max when I never got one at all? Could you help me? Thank you very much.
