Never recieved AMC Movie Card | My Coke Rewards Customer Community

I never recieved my reward order (AMC Movie Ticket and large Fountain Drink) that was placed on 8/30/2011. I also never got refunded the points for it. About a year ago I spoke to one of your agents and they told me that I would be refunded the points.
Please either send the reward or refund the points. I've been more than patient.
