Never recieved gift card, but shipping date past | My Coke Rewards Customer Community

Hey, I ordered the 50 dollar Bass Pro Gift card during the 12 days of Christmas. It says that it has shipped but I never recieved it. I did recieve the other two things that I ordered but not the Bass Pro Gift card. I have checked the estimated shipping date and it has passed the time and it says that it has been shipped, but I still don't have the card. Thank you.

Hi Sarah, we can look into this for you. Please call 866-674-2653 anytime 9am-7pm EST Monday through Friday to reach an agent directly. Select your language, press 1 to ‘find out how MCR works’, and 0 to reach an agent.
