New Coke Rewards... Seems worst than before.

I understand the coke rewards program is changing. I have several codes I'm sitting on because the current offers available on coke.com site it worthless to me. The current offers don't apply to me because I don't live near any business that offer the current deals. Is Coke planning to launch a BIGGER and BETTER rewards program after MCR is officially over? Should I not waste my time collecting caps? I'm disappointed with the program today and hope Coke has something hiding up their sleeve.

Hey Coke - Your program went down hill when you added the stuff about tweets and Facebook.  Now your program has been declared over. OK no problem, but Coke is advertising a bigger and better program.  I don't see it.  I have been a loyal Coke customer for over 40 years and I feel like you don't value my loyalty. If you want to improve it don't make ME HAVE TO DO THINGS TO PROMOTE YOUR PRODUCTS ON TWITTER OF FACEBOOK.  I BUY YOUR PRODUCT.  what MORE CAN I DO - I GIVE YOU MY MONEY.

Next, many of us are busy, in the past MCR has limited entry to 75 points per week.  WHY?  We purchased your product, let me enter them as many as I have time for, in fact why not create a tabular entry capability?  You used to have one (although it was limited to 10 codes) .Since you have discontinued the MCR Program I can still enter codes (one at a time) for a chance to win a Walmart gift card.  Why not let me enter all my codes in a batch then press a button so I can spend two codes at a time to enter the Walmart contest.

SO I will hold on to my caps and cardboard pieces form the 12 packs a bit longer to see if the new program really is better, but don't kid your self, the changes that were made in the past and the discontinuation have not been improvements, if anything they are getting worse.  The website is incredibly clunky and for a long time loyal customer it is very irritating how poorly the overall program has been run.

My bottom line feeling is Coke has no idea how to reward their customers or run a website.  Thank God your product actually tastes good, if only you could infuse that type of quality in your website and rewards program.
