Looking at the ironically named "get satisfaction" board, I see lots of others are having the same problems, so I imagine the website is just completely hosed right now. It's frustrating to not be able to use the "new and improved" site, and then read piles of messages informing me that apparently there's a new lowered cap on weekly points, and lots of people have lost their points! I currently drink diet coke basically ALL the time, and have over 7000 points saved, not to mention piles of codes to enter... and it sounds like this site is screwing everyone over who is in my shoes!
I will continue to try and login, but it's terrible that i cannot login to redeem codes for this week, and that apparently the majority of the program/site changes are for the worse. Company responses seem to indicate they're trying to cut costs of the program and we can take it or leave it, they don't care if we are unhappy with the changes.
I hope that Coke can prove the above wrong, and hear our complaints and issues and make things right.
