new password is not working

I have tried for over 3 weeks to get my password to work. I typed in my email and it didn't take my password. So I reset it and it isn't taking my new password. I have lost 3 weeks of putting in codes with no resolution by asking virtual help or sending emails back and forth. Who can get my account active again so I can continue to use?

Hi William, Please call 866-674-2653 anytime 9 a.m.-7 p.m. EST Monday through Friday to reach an agent directly. Select your language, press 1 to "find out how MCR works" and 0 to reach an agent. They can best assist you individually.
