disappointed by new rules. only 75 points a week now? so you encourage us to buy more & consume more of your poducts, but then take away the ability to easily earn rewards for it? not a fan of this new plan. also, I have been saving points for a long time to get to 2000 with a specific reward in mind. now I have to work toward it because it is not in the "bronze" category? not cool. I do not use instagram or twitter, seems almost all the ways to earn status are through the social media sites I am not a member of. so the new program is readily geared toward the 20-somethng crowd...what about us people NOT on social media 24 hours a day? we are your long-time coke buyers & followers. new site needs more that tweaks.

and I'd prefer not to get this response: "These program changes have been implemented to help ensure the sustainability of our program. They will allow us to continue to offer our members the free rewards and sweepstakes you have come to love" like so many others got. Just curious if you are aware of the MASSIVE number of people you are alienating.

Hello Heather, we're sorry to hear you are not satisfied with our response. It is not our intention to alienate people, however, these changes were made to secure the sustainability of our program. Without them, we'd be unable to continue to provide a free program with rewards and sweepstakes entries. Thank you for your feedback.

Amen! I used to love MCR now it's too difficult to earn rewards. Like you I do not use social media... I'm one of those people who prefer model for my children that they are MORE important than social media. We used to use MCR for family rewards for the movies, amusement parks, and more. :(

Hello Marie, Thank you for your feedback. At this time, social media is not a requirement to participate in our website. All members can enter codes and redeem points on Catalog rewards without utilizing social accounts. While participating in social Challenges will earn you status, simple acts such as completing your profile, watching videos, voting in polls and inviting friends will also move you along.

Unfortunately it will take a long time to reach another level this way. The best rewards are saved for those that use social media regularly. Just an FYI I did not get anything for watching a video today in fact it asked me to share my thoughts via social media with a hash tag to help reach the next status. I know I am one of many loyal and longtime MCR users that feels frustrated at this new program.
