New phone, can't LINK new phone to MCR account.

I'm a long time MyCokeRewards member (2974 points). I've recently changed cell phone and want to LINK my new cell phone to my account (like my former phone). I've ENROLLED my new cell phone and clicked the CONFIRM NOW link but the confirmation SMS message never arrives. This happened before when I changed cell phone numbers about 8-9 months ago. I discovered how to re-link mymycokerewards.com account (then) to my cell phone manually somehow (by just using a plain dumb cell phone that can only send plain text messages) .. right now I can't find those same instructions to do it with my new smart phone (powered by SprintPCS). After calling the MCR help line, they tried to help but created a ticket for this incident # 8001184014.

Hi Tyler, did the team give you a timeline for when they would get back to you on this ticket?
