No complete access | My Coke Rewards Customer Community

Ok, I have an account and im not getting to access it. i have been a member for many years and at this point have over 1,000 points. I do not want to lose any and i think it should be easier not harder if this has been done. My account is with email tlf8387@verizon.net and password is smokey09. I keep getting not completed yet and i keep doing as asked. PLEASE HELP
