Earlier today I spent some points for a restaurant coupon. I was supposed to get an email with a coupon code so I could redeem the coupon and print it. I have not received the email. I chatted earlier today with Danielle and she told me that the email with the coupon code would come in 15 minutes. That was 5-6 hours ago. I have checked my junk mail and it is not there. You have my correct email address. When I check my redemption activity, it shows this reward is fulfilled, but I haven't gotten the email! Please send me the email with the coupon code. I just noticed, below my post is someone with the same problem.
