No immediate matching points

Hello. I am entering codes today, October 21, and the message on your website says bonus points for cap codes. I entered one cap code on my friend's account and did not receive the matching points. So I entered one cap code on MY account and got the same results...no match yet the rules state "When Points will be Awarded: Accounts will be credited instantly after code entry".
I called Coke on the phone and was disconnected because the call volume was too high. How in the world do you run a business with such poor customer service?

I really don't think that going through my email is the solution.  Someone needs to update the link on your website so it is valid, then I would think that any cap codes entered would be updated with the matching points.  This is craziness!
My email is ckuzara@cfl.rr.com and Misty's email is mbelford@cfl.rr.com  I entered one code into each of our accounts and when the matching points did not immediately credit, I stopped entering.  You will see one entry into each account email listed.  I have approximately twenty parents screaming at ME because your site is not working. I am trying to be patient so I can explain to them why this is not working. Please let me know when the double cap points is working so I can finish my code entries.
