No status is being rewarded. Please help/fix! | My Coke Rewards Customer Community

On my coke rewards, my status points are not being rewarded. This has been happening for about a month, and whenever I do something to get status, I don't get it. Please help!

Hi, Nate. Ensure that you used the correct promotional hashtag in your tweet or Instagram post and please allow up to 48 hours for status points to update. Also note that your social profile must be public in order to participate.
