No access to old email???!!!!!

I have a big problem. i am trying to sign in to the site so that I can update my email since I changed providers and had to get a new email address. Well for some reason it says my password is not what I know it to be and when I applied for my password link it asked for my old email address and has nowhere to input that I don't use that email anymore or have access to it. Now what the heck do I do? Also I got married and my name is changed as well.
