On 9-1 I redeemed points for a 6 months Club Pogo membership and while the screen said it was successful and my account shows it was successful, the email containing the 20 digit code that I need to enter to redeem the membership has not been received.
I did call the toll free number listed and was told they could not help me over the phone and was told the email submission I had sent would take a week to 10 days to get a response.
I have not had an issue before in not receiving the codes, so not sure what happened to them this time. My membership is expiring on 9-6 and was hoping to have this resolved before then.
