You offered a special bonus for Valentines day but your system won't accept any points entered. The system is so slow that it takes hours to enter codes and then they're not accepted. customer service just said "try again" which is no help at all. You need to offer this same bonus when the system can handle it!

My points vanished then reappeared. Very slow. Maybe since they are having system problems they will extend the double points offer until tomorrow night. They should!

DOUBLE POINTS ON VALENTINES DAY NOT WORKING. You offered a special bonus for Valentines day but your system won't accept any points entered. The system is so slow that it takes hours to enter codes and then they're not accepted. receive a message saying timed out . Then when I log back in it had only credited me 3 points instead of double points for diet coke which should be 6 points. You need to offer this same bonus when the system can handle it or credit each person who tried with the 240 points. This happened a couple weeks ago when you were having issues with your servers and I contacted Coke the CSR said that she would pass on the information and someone would contact me. I have yet to hear anything from anyone.
