I used my points to purchase a subscription to All You magazine in January. 2 new issues have come out since then and I still havent received any of them by mail. What is going on with my subscription? I got the confirmation screen and everything and they are sending me emails like I'm a subscriber but they are not sending me my magazines. Could you please look into this and get them to send me my issues? Thanks!
