To: Official Coke Rep or Coke Employee or Whomever from the Coca-Cola Company that responds to the comments made in this community.
Do us all a favor and recognize that we are possibly intelligent human beings with the capacity to reason, see and comprehend things in an adult manner.
Further, please do not insult us by responding with the same robotic, scripted reply that includes the words: program, sustainable, rewards, etc. This type of a response may be acceptable if you are dealing with a child, but I am not a child and I know that when I receive a response like this, that I am being given double-speak and I truly and honestly call BS on this type of answer.
In closing, I would prefer it if you indicate that you are going let someone higher up the 'corporate food chain' know about this and ask that they perhaps respond to our issues.
If I receive a response where I am told in an honest manner that it is the way it is and we (Coke) are not going to change things, then I will respectfully thank the person, leave the conversation, delete my accounts with the MCR and other affiliated programs and switch my household to a different beverage vendor.
Please take my note to heart and do not spout boilerplate drivel when replying to queries I or others may send to you.
