Numerous contacts with customer service. Still no satisfaction!

I redeemed points for a Car and Driver subscription on July 29, 2013. I never received a redemption code. I have called MCR customer service, I have sent numerous e mail messages. I keep getting requests for more time, but I do not get my redemption code. Who can I escalate this to? Who is the president of Coca-Cola?
