Old Navy gift card---no email | My Coke Rewards Customer Community

I ordered an Old Navy virtual gift card 30 min ago and I still haven't received an email with the redemption code. The status of the order says fulfilled but the email has not sent.

Yes and I ddidn't get an email. I checked all the other folders too.

The gift card costed a lot of points. So if the gift cards aren't working for some reason, can I please be compensated the 1750 points I spent on the Old Navy gift card.
