Olympic Fleece not shipped | My Coke Rewards Customer Community

Why is my Olympic fleece headband still not shipped? it was awarded on 2/11/14 and it still says processing. I have been more than patient while waiting but it is now been way too long. Not Good

Hi Travis, you will also receive an estimated shipping time in your order confirmation email. If you have not received your reward in the estimated shipping time, please give us a call at 866-674-2653 anytime 9am-7pm EST Monday through Friday to reach an agent directly. Select your language, press 1 to ‘find out how MCR works’, and 0 to reach an agent.
