ordered coke bottles with names that i did not recive | My Coke Rewards Customer Community

I redeamed 2000 points for a six pack with names on them on 5/24/2015 i looked it up and it said they were shipped and that is all the info i can find i never recivied six pack how and where can i get more information on when it was shipped i used to be able to be able to track the things i was waiting for. can you help me get my six pack of coke with my names on them?
