I had another Rewards account, I lost the password and forgot my username.
But my phone was linked to the account, how can I link my phone to my current account.
And can I transfer my points from my old account to my new one, and delete the old one.

Hi Pamela, please note that the program rules state: "Enrollees may not transfer or sell codes under any circumstance, other than in programs authorized by Sponsor." You cannot have more than 1 account per person. For account issues, please call 866-674-2653 anytime 9am-7pm EST Monday through Friday to reach an agent directly. Select your language, press 1 to ‘find out how MCR works’, and 0 to reach an agent. They can best assist you individually.
