Physical Rewards Card | My Coke Rewards Customer Community

How do I obtain a physical my coke rewards card? The advertisement is on the physical machine but the physical card is not there. Under frequently asked questions, it states you are making the physical card available at the machines. Thanks.

Hi Susan, our team will be happy to assist you. Please call 866-674-2653 anytime 9am-7pm EST Monday through Friday to reach an agent directly. Select your language, press 1 to ‘find out how MCR works’, and 0 to reach an agent.

Columbus, Ohio does not have any cards either. And I wouldn't bother calling the help number. They have scripted information, but NOTHING about getting a card. It sounds as if there was some poor planning on MCR's part... create a demand, not have a supply available, and to direct you to use a mobil app that isn't available across all carriers (or all phones.) I'd be happy signing in to my MCR account and requesting a card there... if it were available. Sadly they didn't think of that before their launch, or don't have plans for it either. So S Putnam, before you make a general comment like "Pleasr call xxxx to reach an agent," you may want to do your research first so you don't make other people more frustrated than they already are.
