Taking away SMS code entry is probably the worst move you've made. The program is close to worthless without it because of the nuisance required in loading a web page on a mobile phone and it completely alienates those people who don't have a smart phone. If you can't integrate SMS into the new site then you should revert back to the old system (which also has the added benefit of working correctly) until you can integrate SMS into the new.

Your note above is such a poetic regurgitated customer response to differ the "new" rules My Coke Rewards. Bob's question is valid and very direct, however, I am upset with the answer. I would like to know exactly why the SMS code is not working after several weeks of this "new" update. The question was not answered, but it seems from your response that My Coke Rewards will not be continuing with the mobile code entry.
If your company does not see it fit to continue with mobile rewards entry, I'm sorry to see your product be replaced by Pepsi.

"We'll give you points / status / blah blah blah if you spam all your friends on social media with our brand."
Taking away SMS just assures them that you have to log in and go to their website in an attempt to build their social exposure.
My guess is that according to B. Smith's response, there will be no SMS entry, ever. "No timeline" kind of says that.
If that is the case, this program is dead to me.
