point values in 24 packs | My Coke Rewards Customer Community

Just out of curiosity, have you changed the points on 24 pack cartons? I entered one today for Coke Zero and received 18 points rather than the usual 20 points for the larger packs. Thank you.

Please call 866-674-2653 anytime between 9 a.m.–7p.m. EST Monday through Friday. Select your language, press 1 to "find out how MCR works" and 0 to reach an agent. They can best assist you individually.

So sorry to have bothered you. I should have known that the canned answer to Coke is to call the toll free number. I actually KNOW how MCR works seeing I've been participating since it's inception. I just asked a simple question that I was sure you could answer. But no, you can only give the pat answer of calling. Now I need to call to get a simple answer to a simple question. Exactly why are you there?
