I lost all my points. I got an email that I needed to enter points to keep from losing what I had, so I did that. They disappeared anyway. Then I got an email saying that my points had been given back to me, but when I logged in and entered points they were not there, it currently shows Ihave 12 points and should have over 300. My email is sueburnett83@yahoo.com

Hi Susan, can you please give us a call at 866-674-2653 anytime 9am-7pm EST Monday through Friday to reach an agent directly? Select your language, press 1 to ‘find out how MCR works’, and 0 to reach an agent. They will be happy to help make this right for you.

I had a couple thousand points I had been saving for something good. Its's been a busy few months so I wasn't able to take time out to enter more codes I had been saving. I logged into my account and all my points are GONE!!! Where are my points?!
