Points from vacation | My Coke Rewards Customer Community

I saved my coke rewards codes while on vacation in Australia, but now back in the United States the codes are invalid. Will the Australian codes only work if I register at the cokerewards.com.au site? Is there any way to transfer them from one account to another?
