Points Missing

Hello, I am sure you are getting swamped with these types of questions but I have had 0 points as well since the site transitioned over. I for one actually enjoy the rewards and think it is still one of the best rewards programs out there but I am concerned that my saved up points may have been lost. There is no chance that I have not entered codes in the last 90 days, so I do not believe that my account has expired. I do however would like someone to look into this for me as like I said become very concerned that I will not get them back. Thanks for your help.

What about those of us that have emailed the customer care team multiple times only to receive generic canned responses saying to wait 72 hours and it should be fixed? Of course those 72 hours passed 18 days ago and I'm still missing well over 14,000 points from my account and can't enter codes until I get them back. I'm not sure why you're still telling people to clear their cache and cookies when you're well aware that there is a huge problem with missing points based on the volume of similar posts in this forum alone. It makes ZERO sense that Coke can't just replace the points that were lost back on user's accounts. Surely a company as large as Coke has database snapshots going back months or longer and should be able to verify how many points the user had when something got screwed up and replace those points manually. I hope the end game isn't for Coke to drag this out so long that the users just give up and stop begging for their points back. I can't speak for anyone else here but I've been a loyal customer and have been collecting and entering codes since 2007 and I'm not about to just let those points disappear and forget about it.

Hello Greg, this error was fixed late last week. If you are still unable to view your points, please clear your cache and cookies to ensure old data is not being stored. After doing so, if you're still unable to see your points (and they have not expired) please private message us with your email address. We'll be happy to look into this for you.
