Points deleted BEFORE the email date

Just logged on the the web to add points after I got an email telling me I needed to do so IN 3 DAYS. The heading and date: Only 3 days to save your points and get a rebate / sent: 2 days ago (cut and paste from the email heading) guess what: 2 days since the email and my points are gone. I can count but seem to be wondering if you can. One, Two, Three, March 31, April 1, April 2. I am here to add points and keep the 822 points I SHOULD have on my account. I will add a couple of caps to show I was here. I do think it is unreasonable to expect the time to kept to what was sent and return my points.

Correction since I had to go through some APP the I do NOT think it is unreasonable to expect the time to be kept to what was sent and return my points.
