Your points probably expired due to inactivity. We define inactivity as not entering any codes or spending any points for a 90 day period. We will be glad to return the points though, please give us a call anytime 9am-7pm EST Monday through Friday at 866-674-2653 to speak with an agent directly. Select your language, press 1 to ‘find out how MCR works’, and 0 to reach an agent. We appreciate your patience.

No, L. Newton... I did not have expired points. But the points disappeared. I have (had) over 20,500 points - but the site now says I have only 426 points. Where did my points disappear to? I indeed want my points back - I worked very hard for many years to accumulate those points. Does the Coca Cola Company really want the very bad press they might receive due to this gross error - the deletion of points due to an obvious glitch in the site's programming?

I have a much easier solution. Log into your account, scroll to the bottom of the page. Under help center, click "Contact Us". This will bring up an automated chat window. In the window type "Real Person." The automated response will then connect you to a live representative who will help you retrieve your points. Much easier than waiting on hold with customer support.

Every time I get any points. The web site deletes them after a month and I don't think this is fair. They should be able to accumulate over at least a year. I don't see how you expect us to drink that much coke in a very short time. There is only the two of us and sometimes the grand kids. I think the time should be longer for our points to gather so we can use them for something and not be deleted. L. Strong, Michigan

what happened to me was i tried to redeem 2 resturant.com certificates. i got one without a problem but when i tried to redeem the second one 300 points were deducted from my account & the certificate # i was given is invalid per resturant.com.
please help me.

i have called & got a person whose first language is not english.
my points were not deleted due to inactivity.
i had 641 points.
i got 1 resturant.com $25.00 certificate.
then i tried to get another one. that's where all the trouble started.
another 300 points were deleted from my account but no resturant.com dertificate. there are only 41 points left in my account.
i've talked to resturant.com & they put the ball in your court.
can a human being help me?

I am feeling your pain. All of a sudden, it seems as this company does not want to honor their commitment. I had 4,000 points taken from me. I followed their directions correctly after the inactive warning e-mail. No response and 0 points in my account.

All of my coke reward points disappeared. I went in to put more in and they were all gone. Can they be put back the was a lot of work. I was almost at 1000 pts.

Hello, My computer crashed and I was unable to access anything till I could afford to have it repaired, now I get on My Coke Rewards and find that my points that I had originally been building up to over 700 have been deleted and I only had 15 when I logged in today! Yes you may have sent out emails but there were extenuating circumstances that prevented me from knowing that I was under a time line. I'm writing this to see if you can please reinstate my points so I can continue with you rewards program.

my name is virginia thorne my question is that i have been a coke rewards member for many years but i have not checked my points since the new site came up and now when i checked it it says i have zero points. i should at least have 40 points from the subway promotion but even those are not there. i had ALOT OF POINTS but where are they now?

Same with me! I turned in points for prizes twice, I believe.  I know I haven't been on for some time, but life has been pretty busy the past year with two weddings, a job change and a new grandbaby! An email would have been nice whenever our points were taken away.  And is there no longer a catalog page of items you can get with our now-non-existent points? I only did a few sweepstakes but was mostly interested in Coke items with my points. I think Coke should restore all our points without us having to try to catch them on the phone at the right time. Please.

My e-mail account was messed up and I just recently was able to access it. I found the e-mail saying I would lose my 1400+ points and found in fact they had been wiped out! I was saving to order some 24 packs of coke for a family gathering and it is very upsetting to see they were wiped out!!! what a rip off! any way to get the points reinstated?

I have just recently lost all of my 3,000 points! I never received a message about this and the only reason I could find when I logged on was inactivity. My wife and I just had a baby and needless to say I have had my hands full, which is probably why I hadn't entered a code in a few weeks. However, I have been playing this contest for years and have accumulated thousands of points. Please give the points back as there is no reason to believe that I would stop playing. Thank you for your consideration.

I have been away from coke rewards for some time now...just started to enter codes back in and realized that back in March 2010 when I "took a break" I had 1816 points (1736 one month and 80 two months later) that "expired" without any warning or notice. Was there a glitch in the system or did the program start over at that time? Is there a time widow for account activity and is there any way to get these points back?
