points gone | My Coke Rewards Customer Community

So ive been saving points like everyone else does. I get emails sent to me telling me to sign into my account so my points wont expire. I signed in just like every other time. And now my 210 points have disapeared. Really upset right now and feel like giving up on saving points. PLEASE HELP

Hi Natasha, you must enter points or spend points for your points not to expire. Chip can reinstate them for you, though: http://CokeURL.com/8pnf
