Points not being added to my account

Hello, I got a email saying I will lose my points if I do not sign in and add points. I save up my points then load them up all at once. I added 3 points,Those went in fine. Now all I get is a message saying
Oops-there was an error in the code you entered. Here's some info that might help:
Codes aren't case sensitive.
No spaces are required. If it looks like an "O," it's actually a zero.
Now, it is not just one code, but all of them!!! Am I going to lose my account? It says I have 3 days to put in more codes or buy something. I have done both and nothing works!! I have over 3000 points that I am saving for something good. I bought a magazine subscription, that worked, but it still says I am loosing my points in 3 days . The codes are good, Please help. A very big Coca Cola fan!!
