Is there any way to recover points unused for 90 days, due to the fact that I have recently had surgery and would gladly use some of them right now to keep them. Please let me know, I don't want to just lose 5600 points for nothing.

Your points probably expired due to inactivity. We define inactivity as not entering any codes or spending any points for a 90 day period. We will be glad to return the points though, please give us a call anytime 9am-7pm EST Monday through Friday at 866-674-2653 to speak with an agent directly. Select your language, press 1 to ‘find out how MCR works’, and 0 to reach an agent. We appreciate your patience.
