I got an e-mail saying that I had redeemed 1000 points for a digital reward. I have not been on my account for several days and did not redeem any points. This is the second time that this has happened to me and both were for the same digital codes. I do not want this reward and want to get my points back. Last time this happened I sent several e-mails about it and never got any response.
