Powerade coupon not in mail | My Coke Rewards Customer Community

I ordered a coupon for a free powerade like 3 or 4 weeks ago and it hasn't shown up. I looked in my redemption history but it's not there and when I ordered the coupon it took away my points. So can I get my free powerade coupon please or my points back?

never mind it says the order was fufilled but it never came in the mail
