I used 320 points for The Coca-Cola Museum in Atlanta.The email I recieved with the site to download my ticket did not work.It was not a clickable link as it stated.I need 4 of them.What should I do?

Select your language, press 1 to "find out how MCR works" and 0 to reach an agent. They can best assist you individually.
I used 1425 coke rewards points to redeem a $20 gift card at Petco. I received the email and printed it off. When I went to Petco, I was told there was no bar code on any of the 3 pages I printed, therefore they would not accept it. Can you help?
I turned in coke points for a 1 movie ticket and 1 drink. I got the email confirming I turned in 485 points but there's is nothin on the email to get the coupon/reward.
