I won a $10 mcdonalds arch card playing one of the promotions and still have not received it and when I go to redemption history it show nothing about it. Where is it?

I used 320 points for The Coca-Cola Museum in Atlanta.The email I recieved with the site to download my ticket  did not work.It was not a clickable link as it stated.I need 4 of them.What should I do?

Hi Linda, please try copy and pasting the link into your browser. If you continue to have trouble using this reward, call 866-674-2653 anytime between 9 a.m.–7p.m. EST Monday through Friday. Select your language, press 1 to "find out how MCR works" and 0 to reach an agent. They can best assist you individually.

Hey Randy, Did you confirm your address as requested? If so, your reward will be shipping then; however, you will need to wait the full 8-10 weeks for your reward to arrive.

I used 1425 coke rewards points to redeem a $20 gift card at Petco. I received the email and printed it off. When I went to Petco, I was told there was no bar code on any of the 3 pages I printed, therefore they would not accept it. Can you help?

Hi Judy, check your email for your digital E-Gift Card. It will be sent to the email address associated with your My Coke Rewards Account. Click or copy and paste the URL from the email into the "Address" field of your web browser and follow the on screen instructions to redeem your Petco E-Gift Card.

I turned in coke points for a 1 movie ticket and 1 drink. I got the email confirming I turned in 485 points but there's is nothin on the email to get the coupon/reward. This is the 2nd time this happened to me. My email is fine.they sent a email to prize department but I just need someone to fix it. I've been doing coke points for awhile
