My sign on is travzoo@hotmail.com. I sign on the web page says were almost there looking up travzoo@hotmail.com acct info. The web page then goes back to the sign in page. I hit the enter codes tab and again it reverts pack to the sign on page with the same message almost there etc. I never can reach the page that allows you to enter additional codes. It's been more than 3 weeks and I have attempted numerous times to sign in. Tried to call several times for technical support and after being put on hold for 6-7 minutes says call back later then hangs up on you. Send me an email with instructions how I might be able to remedy this problem. Thanks

Tried to send an email from the" contact us" tab at the bottom of the sign on page that keeps looping. Never allowed me to send an email i.e the email screen (or whatever) would not pop up . that would allow me to in fact send an email. . DUH

I WAS FINALLY ABLE TO SIGN ON AND ENTER CODES FROM MY DESKTOP COMPUTER. DON'T QUITE UNDERSTAND .WHY I COULDN'T SIGN ON USING MY LAPTOP COMPUTER. NONETHELESS, YOUR NEW WEB SITE AND REWARDS REDEMTION OPTIONS ARE A GREAT DEAL LESS APPEALING THAN YOUR FORMER WEB SITE.
