problem getting reward claimed | My Coke Rewards Customer Community

there is a error with my coke rewards webpage, each time i try to get a diet coke tshirt, it says oops something went wrong please try again. this has been happening for 2 weeks now, please help me, thank you from Sara Kuhn

Hi Sara. Would you mind giving us a call about this. Please call 866-674-2653 anytime 9am-7pm EST Monday through Friday to reach an agent directly. Select your language, press 1 to ‘find out how MCR works’, and 0 to reach an agent. They can best assist you individually.
