Problem redeeming code for Conde Nast Travel | My Coke Rewards Customer Community

I have been trying to redeem a code for Conde Nast Travel Mag. I used 100 pts. on Aug. 1, 2012 for this code. I have tried 4 times to redeem this code, the message I get is "your gift card can not be located and verified". Yes, I used caps on all letters as required. What is going on? HELP :(
