Problem with Choose less win big sweeps and bonus points not received!!!!!!

I entered 8 codes today to play the Choose Less Win Big sweepstakes and there was no option to enter the sweeps. My session then timed out, so I lost those chances for the sweepstakes and also I did not receive my bonus points. I cleaned my cache and logged back in but there is no special offers on my account. Please do something about this. I would like my 8 sweepstakes entries and my bonus points! Thank you

I called the "team" who acted like they did not know anything about it and the promotion had no complaints BUT me???? Haven't heard from the "investigators" either.
