On 10/12/12 I redeemed points for a code to download the Crabs & Penguins PC game. However, I think I didn't download it properly. I selected "save" for the file that came up on the screen, but it's not not anywhere on my PC. I guess I nwas supposed to select "run"? I tried to go through the process a second time to do it correclty, but the site won't take my code. It states the code has been used, which is true - EXCEPT I didn't actually get the game. I immediately contacted the site, but it's been a week without a response. The code I used was MVK7DHZN. What do I need to do to get the game. I DO NOT want to be forced to use another set of points.
