Problem with Enterning Bottle Caps for Reward points | My Coke Rewards Customer Community

Not getting credit when putting in points,I have4,bottle tops but only15points,Had to wait because maxed enteries yesterday, The one I entered Last yesterday I wasnot given credit points. Could it be today saying I already put that one in for credit reward points?

Hey Barbara, we can look into this for you. Please call 866-674-2653 anytime 9am-7pm EST Monday through Friday to reach an agent directly. Select your language, press 1 to ‘find out how MCR works’, and 0 to reach an agent.
