Boy this "rewards" program isn't very rewarding. You have to deal with a slow website, it appears from all the comments below that it is full of problems (and I signed up for Southwest Airlines Rapid Rewards and got nothing even though the website promised an emailed code for 60 points). And even if you go through all that stuff that you redeem it for is missing partly or completely. I think I am going to bail on this program and start drinking Pepsi.
