problems when trying to spend my google play credits | My Coke Rewards Customer Community

i have been doing surveys on google opinion rewards and have over $10.00. but now i want to spend my money on my covet fashion game for diamonds and when i go to do that it reads insufficient funds with a $0.00 balance??? i go into my google opinion rewards app and it shows my total amount of money so why when i go to spend it, it says its not there? please help! idk if im in the right place to get answers....i have tried everything and even talked to the person who refered me to the google opinion app and she has no issues spending her money on covet fashion.

Hello Tracy, I apologize, but I do not fully understand the problem you are having. Any Google Play credits purchased through My Coke Rewards are available for use in the Google Play store, not the Google Opinion App. If you are having trouble with the Google Opinion App, please reach out to Google directly.
