Promotion over?

Hello! I've been entering codes for years and have never had a problem, so first, thanks for a great program. I love redeeming my coke points for awesome rewards! That said, I just tried to enter a code from a 12-pack of coke and got a message that said, "Sorry! The promotion is over. Your code is no longer active." Any help?
