I have been unable to log onto my cokerewards. I began trying yesterday because I wanted to get the coupon that was offered, but I always get the message that the site is temporarily out of order. Also I ordered a coupon for a 200z coke and was never sent one, but the points were deducted from my account.

Hi Suzi, the site is not down at this time. Please try clearing your cache and cookies or using a different browser. The My Coke Rewards Beta site will perform best with Internet Explorer 10, Chrome, Safari 6.0.5 or higher and Firefox 19 or higher. Internet Explorer 9, Safari 5.1.10 or higher and FF 16 or higher are also supported, but may affect complete enjoyment of the full My Coke Rewards Beta experience. Internet Explorer 7 and 8 are not supported for Beta.

Most rewards usually ship within 2-4 weeks, but some may take longer. Coca-Cola coupons typically take 5-6 weeks, DVD orders may take 6-8 weeks and magazine subscriptions usually take up to 8-10 weeks to complete processing and fulfillment. Have you checked under your Account where it says "Redemption History" to see the status of the shipment? After ordering a reward you'll be provided with the estimated shipping time in a confirmation email.
