I signed up for the Southwest Airlines Rapid Rewards and have not received my 60 MCR points.........when or how will I get them?? I read another poster had the same question and the answer was "it will take some time". That's a pretty wide open answer!! A week? A month? Your guess is as good as mine?

It may take different amounts of time to fulfill rewards. After ordering a reward you'll be provided with the estimated shipping time in the email confirmation. That's the best place to check. You can also call 866-674-2653 anytime 9am-7pm EST Monday through Friday to reach an agent directly.
