Readable code without results.

I have a bag full of individual caps I'm trying to enter and none of them will work. I continuously receive the
"Oops-there was an error in the code you entered. Here's some info that might help:
Codes aren't case sensitive.
No spaces are required. If it looks like an "O," it's actually a zero."

Please advise on how to proceed to claim my points. Cheers
