I am starting to feel like you are just laughing when I ask for help. I WOULD LIKE TO RECEIVE YOUR NEWSLETTER. I state that I am signed up for email newsletter and have even tried to use a new email with a different provider, and have resubmit it at the newsletter sign up. YOUR REPLY: I get a link to sign up for the newsletter..hahaha very funny. (sarcasm) The only real reply I got was to be asked if I checked my spam/junk folders which I do regularly. I responded stating that I have and still no response back. Will you please help me get to the bottom of this and correct it.

Yes, that is where I got the suggestion to try a new email with a different provider. I was also told there was no tech dept that I nor the CSR could speak with. I tried to go back into " Manage email preferences" and although I can sign into MCR I cannot log into this link using the same login info. I have reset explorer settings, deleted histories, restarted my computer. I m trying to resolve this but I still need help please.( the email I started with was provided by time warner road runner and the new one currently in use is Hotmail)

I also tried using firefox instead of explorer to no avail.

One last piece of info, I tried the password reset, twice, no problem getting the reset auto email to my registered Hotmail account. came twice instantly to my inbox Have no problem receiving reward/ship notifications
